Embracing Live Launches

I’ve grown to love this type of launch, and they’ve been a significant factor in the success of my program. Hosting challenges within live launches, especially those lasting four days, have been particularly impactful in engaging and converting my audience.

However, challenges can be a lot of work and may not fit certain niches like trauma therapy or specialized education. So, what else can you do if challenges don’t align with your audience?

Testing Live Launches

My advice? Test live launches, especially if your program is new. They create a sense of community and excitement, driving better engagement and results. But don’t ignore evergreen models—they offer continuous access to your courses through pre-recorded materials, ensuring sustained growth.

Consider a hybrid approach, combining live launches with evergreen content. This way, you leverage the energy of live events while providing ongoing access to your courses.

Shifting Preferences: Shorter Trainings and Mini Offers

Audience preferences are shifting towards shorter trainings, around 20 to 30 minutes. Focus on showcasing solutions rather than overwhelming with information, catering to busy learners.

In conclusion, embrace versatility in your strategies. Whether you choose live launches, evergreen models, or a hybrid approach, understand your audience, test different methods, and stay adaptable to market trends.
